Our Projects
Showcasing Our Excellence
Surf Club
For the Surf Club project, we combined modern construction techniques with the preservation of a historic site. Our team developed a detailed BIM model that served as the foundation for seamless coordination between contractors and subcontractors. We conducted a 3D scan of the historic Surf Club building to capture accurate as-built data, ensuring that our model reflected the existing conditions.
We also focused on precise structural modelling, including the sky mat and rebar, to streamline construction and prevent errors. As design changes occurred, we promptly updated the BIM model and provided accurate shop drawings and line drawings for the field teams. Our on-site support included using BIM models on mobile devices to guide construction activities, allowing us to blend historic preservation with modern building practices effectively.
Universal Epic
The scope of work entailed creating a comprehensive 3D BIM model using Revit for the irrigation and aquatic systems of an amusement park. This included precise modelling of irrigation networks, water distribution systems, and aquatic features like fountains and pools. This model detailed the layout and design of piping, valves, pumps, and other mechanical components vital for the efficient operation of the park’s water systems. Additionally, we coordinated with landscaping, structural, and electrical disciplines to ensure a fully integrated, clash-free model. Deliverables encompassed construction documentation, schedules, and material take-offs, all aligned with the project’s design specifications and regulatory requirements.
MSM Conference Center
Our team was tasked with creating and updating models for the HVAC system, including piping and insulation, as well as the plumbing system, covering wastewater, domestic water, and chilled water supply. Our responsibilities also extended to modelling the mechanical room, incorporating as-built mark-ups, placing hangers, and preparing detailed sheets to support the project.
Ritz Carlton
For the Ritz Carlton project, the scope of work included several crucial elements. We created a detailed 3D Model at Level of Development (LOD) 350 for the structural components. This means the model will be highly detailed, showing all necessary connections and specifications needed for the actual construction phase. Next, we produced IFC Drawings, which are essential for ensuring that all project data can be shared and understood across different software systems used by various teams. We also developed Blockwall Plans, outlining the exact layout and specifications for all block walls in the project. These deliverables ensured that everyone involved in the project had a clear, precise, and comprehensive understanding of the structural aspects, leading to a smoother and more efficient construction process for the Ritz Carlton.
